Anne Dranitsaris suggests that men and women each use one of eight different styles of romance. A Toronto psychotherapist and personality expert, Dranitsaris is rumoured to be Oprah Winfrey's new go-to doctor. Her work has appeared in O magazine.

 

"Not understanding our own unique style leads to disappointment and frustration, especially during the hype of Valentine's Day," says Dranitsaris, 59, a wife, mother of four and grandmother of three.

The eight categories are derived from Dranitsaris's personality system, Striving Styles (www.striving styles.com).
